1. The authors presented a case of late ulnar nerve palsy as a rare complication of supracondylar fracture of humerus.
2. Dysfunction of the hand due to ulnar nerve lesion was discussed and importance of antecubital transposition of ulnar nerve during reversible stage was stressed.
3. Articles concerning peripheral nerve lesion complicated by fractures and dislocations of long bones were reviewed
